OUTDOOR SEASON STARTS!

Rechtzeitig zum Beginn der Outdoorsaison bin ich zurück in Deutschland. Ich hoffe zumindest dass sie started und mich kein Schnee erwartet 😅 daran muss ich mich dem Wettergott noch etwas feilschen - von Palmen und Strand zu Schnee verkrafte ich nicht. Außerdem will ich endlich mit euch loslegen! Sommer 2022: warme Tage, schöne Kleider, goldene Sonnenuntergänge, Babybäuche, neue Familien kennenlernen und bekannte Gesichter wieder in die Arme schließen! Ich freu mich auf euch und auf unsere Sommer 🥰

Wenn du ein Shooting vereinbaren möchtest kannst du mir gerne unverbindlich schreiben (DM oder info@theresiataiber.com). Du erhältst zunächst einen Katalog mit allen (preislichen) Informationen rund ums Shooting und darfst dann entscheiden ob es sich stimmig für dich anfühlt. Solltest du Kleinkinder oder Kinder haben würde ich dir einen zeitnahen Termin empfehlen. Da ich ausschließlich bei Sonnenuntergang fotografiere, können wir im Mai noch früher anfangen und das Shooting startet nicht so spät wie im Juni/Juli (Start hier ca. 19.30).

-MY YOGA JOURNEY-
Jeder der mich kennt und schonmal zu Hause besucht hat weiss, dass überall irgendwo kleine oder größere Zettelchen mit Sprüchen hängen. Ich habe es schon immer geliebt mich von den Sprüchen von Buddha, Rumi, Thich Nhat Hanh.. inspirieren zu lassen. Mit 17 dann hat mich meine Mama zu ihrer Yogastunde mitgenommen & ich weis noch ganz genau wie ich mir dachte „Wow das ist fantastisch! Ich liebs! Ab jetzt nur noch Green Smoothies und Yoga all Day Long.“ Logischerweise wurde daraus nicht direkt etwas 😉 aber ich bin dran geblieben, einfach weil es mir so gut getan hat und ich es geliebt habe. Zudem, wenn ich an mein Visionboard denke, habe ich mich schon immer als Yogamom visualisiert die mit ihren kleinen Rackern frühs erstmal Yoga macht (I know, all meine Mamas lachen sich jetzt schlapp 😉& nein no babies are on the way😄)
Nach zwei Jahren mit shitty Vibes und Nachrichten und weil ich im Januar 26 geworden bin & somit nun auf der anderen Seite der Zwanziger angekommen bin (der Seite die am Ende die 30 beinhaltet 👀) dachte ich mir ist es die perfekte Zeit endlich mein YTT zu machen. Und auch wenn ich schon lange Yoga mache und alles nicht fremd für mich war, gehts doch auch jetzt erst irgendwie los✨

When my Yoga journey exactly started is hard to say. Way before I started practicing Yoga, I fell in love with all the quotes of Buddha, Rumi.. i just felt so inspired by them (& still do😉). When I was 17 my mom took me to her yogaclass and I just felt so good afterwards! I remember myself thinking „wow that’s amazing! From now on only green smoothies & yoga all day long!“. Well not hard to guess that green smoothies & yoga all day long did not became my lifestyle right away.
But I practiced and I always envisioned myself as a yogi mom practicing with her little ones. Nope, no babies are on the way but somewhere you have to start to make your dreams become true. Becoming 26 in January and after two years of shitty news, lookdowns and distancing from each other i just felt it’s the right time to finally do my YTT. I‘m happy about all the new tools we learned and can’t wait to deepen my practice each day & seeing where this journey takes me🧘🏼‍♀️

Wenige Tage vor meiner Reise nach Bali, hatte ich (wie ihr bereits wisst) ein Shooting mit der zauberhaften @matiamubysofia. Dabei haben wir auch wunder, wunderschöne Yogaposen geshootet.

Und jetzt, nur vier Wochen später, bin ich selbst zertifizierte Yogalehrerin. Meine Yogapraxis hat sich deutlich verändert. Tiefer und achtsamer. Mit dem Wissen wie wichtig es ist und wie gut es mir, meinem Körper und Geist tut, wenn ich mir regelmäßig die Zeit dafür nehme. Als wir unsere Ausbildung gestartet haben, haben sie gesagt „it’s a Life changing journey.“ and hell yes! It truly was✨

Some days before my flight to Bali I had an amazing shoot with @matiamubysofia where we also shoot some incredible yogaposes.

Just like that and four weeks later I’m a certified Yogateacher by myself.
I love my practice and the teacher training has changed it a lot. Now my practice is dedicated to myself, my body, my mind. It’s dedicated to my awareness because I learned how important it is and how good i feel if I practice on a constant level.

At the beginning they said „it’s a life changing journey“ and he’ll yes! It truly was.✨
